Pioneers of handmade pork tenderloin, homemade root beer and hand-dipped onion rings, the Edwards Drive-In is reminiscent of a old school diner. Located near downtown Indianapolis, this little drive-thru restaurant is known across the city, for serving some of the most amazing sandwiches and fast food. A divey ambiance coupled with friendly staff, makes this restaurant perfect for a casual lunch with family or friends. Kids meal is way over priced 4 nuggets fries and small drink 4 plus dollars barely worth 2.50 at best not sure I will ever order again under cooked and looks like frozen to deep fryer and onion rings batter tasted old and over cooked hard as a rock usually better food but very disappointed
The food is AMAZING! The root beer is delicious! I would've given 5 stars but the service could be better.
We had them at our place of employment for an event and the service was excellent and the food was as well. They served over 220 people in 90 minutes with no complaints. All of the food was fresh and hot.
So disappointed in the food this past weekend. The burger was flavorless, and the tenderloin was terrible. Edwards use to be known for their tenderloins. They have changed the breading and its like the store bought frozen variety. Won't be going back!
Wish they would have combo baskets. Not just what the special is. Love how they have the jukebox with awsome music!! I love how the kids meals come in a 56 T-Bird!
Go back to the Texas toast style bread for the grilled cheese. My kids loved them! (:
Food was great as always, but they definitely have some shady business practices.Had a buy one get one sandwich free coupon, so we ordered two tenderloins and also a corn dog. Instead of taking off the $5.99 for the tenderloin they deducted $2.79 for the corn dog. All the waitress could say is she knows it's not right but nothing she can do. Have been going there for years but probably won't go back! Like I said "very shady"!!
