I have done business with Edwards for the last 15 years. That speaks volumes. Whenever I need a vehicle, it's where I go! I have bought my vehicles and my kids' starter vehicles from Edwards. All of my vehicles have been reliable and dependable. Rarely have I had any issues, but if I do they are resolved without any hassle. I give the salesmen, Wesley Carter and Don Lyles an A++ for customer service..good people to do business with.
This is the worst place possible you could buy a car from. Within a few months the new car broke down and we had to pay for repairs. The service manager there is way to arrogant and the big boss is horrible and would rather lose a customer than make something right. We just took the piece of junk we paid them for and traded it at another dealership. These people will kiss your tail to sell you a car but when it has issues, you can forget their help.
