We bought a 2015 Chevrolet yesterday from Thaddeus Cole. This was the most hassle-free, low pressure experience I've ever had buying a car. We test drove this car twice (on different days) while trying to make up our minds. When we came to our decision, we told Thad what we wanted to pay and what we wanted for our trade-in. He checked with his boss and called me back and said "Ok, come pick up your new car." They gave me a better deal than I asked for.
Waiting room up grade is nice , Scott McKee is very nice service Advisor.
Jeff in the auto shop behind the dealership is horrible! Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend anyone taking their car to this shop to be fixed! When my car got towed to the shop he was very rude and had a attitude as if he could care less about my car and tired to tell me what happened to it as if he was in the car when my accident happened. My car got totaled out. And today i went to get my belongings out and he was even worse! After I left he called and harassed me and my husband about a key! And to think I w... read more
Wish I'd read the reviews before I made a purchase.
There is NOTHING more concerning than when your children or in this case your parents are traveling and something goes wrong. My folks experienced a flat tire, had no idea what to do other than call me and when I reached out to the Edwards Crew they got my parents back out on the road and taken care of. Alot of dealers would probably just say call roadside assistance "the number is in the owners manual." My parents will NEVER forget this service and act of kindness and I am sure it will come up in the "coffee clutch" meeting... read more
Why is this place still open? The guy with the color eyes need can't be trusted what you told my husband you could have told him over the phone�
Many dealerships don't believe the internet exists, but Edwards Chevrolet 280 communicated with me completely though email. From the initial contact to completing the car purchase, it was a great experience. Jessica Garrison (Internet Manager), Ramae Allen, and Lee House were fantastic to work with!
