Terrible service! I took my car in for repair which cost about $1k. When I got my car back, I literally drove down the street to the grocery store. When I turned off my car, the key broke. I called back... the operator said everyone was gone as it was almost 6pm on a Friday. So I called and let my service associate Scott Kee a voicemail. Poor service and service tech not knowable of fixing cars.I brought my car in service to get the battery new.When I picked up my car,the radio didn't work. it was working fine when I brought it in.When I made the service tech my problem,I was told that it probably didn't work before I brought it in.very insulting.when I returned to get it check,I was made to wait all day.will not recommend any one to use their services and they have lost a valuable customer.Dont call me again about buying a car...
I can not thank the team at Edwards downtown enough they worked very hard to make this possible. I truly recommend you going to visit them for your car needs. The person touch that was given to us was one I thought had been lost. Moes Williams, Terrance Wray, Scott Rackstraw and Kim Underwood among several other worked very hard. Definitely recommend Edwards Chevrolet for service and sales! We have purchased 2 Silverados from Gorgeous George and we live an hour and half away. Best PRICE IN CENTRAL ALABAMA!! Also want to give a shout-out to the QUALITY-BUILT SILVERADO IT SAVED MY SON'S LIFE IN A T-BONE ACCIDENT ON INTERSTATE IN ATLANTA. HUGE THANK YOU CHEVROLET ! I experienced the greatest of customer service at this location on last Friday, April 12th. Friendly and courteous people; cashier, didn't get her name, Doug in parts department and Scott McKee, Service Advisor. Scott led the way in making sure that my vehicle was safe to drive as my cousin and I were traveling to Atlanta from Memphis. Had originally said they might not be able to assist me due to work volume but he worked it out so that my vehicle could be checked. So grateful to this group of people.
