We can’t speak better of Edward Stuart. We had 4 estate agents value our house and Ozzy won us over immediately. Not only was he just lovely to deal with, we had viewings booked before it officially listed and he sold our house at full asking price in just 4 days. Edward Stuart are fab they know how to let propertys, not like our previous letting agents! They were appalling (never used them again!) our previous tenants trashed the place, had to have them evicted (it was a nightmare that went on for months) I lost faith in letting agents but Doville at Edward Stuart is fab, she even speaks foreign languages which previous agents didn't, everyone is foreign now. Edward Stuart look after everything for me
It's genuinely lovely to feel a good quality business provide the best quality in customer service, professionalism in getting you the most honest pricing and a good selling rate on your home when placing your property on the market. Even though we were unable to place a family members home, they were very good and understanding throughout. They have an online document system to tick and sign which was very modern and with the times plus their staff were available to help when needed. Thank you again
