We first engaged L4A three years ago and have been delighted with the service which has been down to earth, efficient and personal. My sister rents a property from them. Given the amount she spends per month on rent, you think the landlords would entrust a competent managing agent to look after her and the property. Inability to respond and communicate, and the call I overheard with her property manager Sherry.... perhaps one of the rudest, patronising and arroganthuman beings I've ever had the displeasureof hearing. Stay clear of these second rate cowboys.
