After two years as a responsible tenant with no issues, they attempted to withhold my deposit over nothing more than minor dust —things that clearly fall under fair wear and tear according to DPS guidelines. We cannot recommend Edward Knight highly enough. Andrew and his great team were friendly, helpful, informative and professional throughout the whole process of the sale of our property. The communication was excellent at all times. A special thank you to Aimee who was brilliant.
Overall everything was okay, rented a property with Edward Knight for a year. With Kayleigh, it was easier and we find it comfortable to communicate with her regarding issues. With Ingrida, my partner and I found some conversations to be difficult.
