Registered with this surgery all was going so well,now been let down,after waiting day and a half,for sick note,finally got through on phone after 5 hours to be told no record of it ,and can not help Will not be coming back here again. 29/05/2025.

Great surgery since Dr Vij’s son has taken over. The difference is noticeable and the level of care is spot on. Keep the great work up all.

Appointment with locam Dr Shah, very rude rushed the appointment with elderly vulnerable patient when we were there less than 10 minutes. Dr Shah advised he would speak to a 'friend' for a 2nd opinion and call us back. We received no call. Called back few days later to be informed no there was no documented discussion that he was going to call patient back. Very disappointing please do not take on incompetent staff who 1) unable to to accurately record the event 2) follow through 3) know how to speak to vulnerable patients. ... read more

All the receptionists are super kind however a bit of room for improvement is that they can pick up a bit more faster
