Excellent experience with Edinburgh Windows and Doors replacing and upgrading four tip and tilt double glazed windows in our third floor flat. They look great, work beautifully, and it's wonderful to be draught-free. The team who didi the work were very impressive - experienced, skilful, careful and professional, and they left the flat spotlessly clean and tidy at the end of each day. Very good communications - Steven guided us reliably through the process and kept us in touch at each stage. Highly recommended.
I used Edinburgh Windows and Doors to draught proof my sash and case windows. Initially they were very responsive and transparent which led me to using their services. However, I've been very disappointed with their work despite the high fee. I had to call them to come back twice because the windows weren't done properly. It was quite difficult to get hold of them during this, and I'm still not happy with the result.
