Brian was excellent and got me back running after numerous calf injuries
A few months ago I started feeling pain in the back of my right kneed when running more than 10-12 minutes. It was a sudden pain that forced me to stop every time I tried running. During a session with Brian he managed to spot a swollen lymph node on the top of the calf, very well hidden behind other soft tissue. Very grateful to Brian for helping me resolve my sports injury. I was very anxious about my knee injury and worried that it could mark the end of my monday night 5 a side, as it was becoming a chronic issue. Would highly recommend Edinburgh Sports and Spinal! Went in with very bad lower back pain and sciatica. Freya Stobie was a great help - gave clear advice and great treatment whilst also very personable - and helped get me moving again. Well worth a visit if you are struggling with any injuries.
