Had my first visit to the Salt Rooms today and can’t recommend this place highly enough! I opted for the zero gravity massage chair and then the mat and it was amazing, exactly what I needed after a full on couple of months, perfect R&R. Planning on trying Fire & Ice next. Paul was really welcoming and knowledgeable and the whole thing was a really relaxing and blissful experience 💜.
Was there for my first visit the nite and it won't be my last. The lady on reception was fantastic had a brillant chat loved the salt rooms will defo be there on a weekly basis
My son and I have visited the Edinburgh salt rooms on a few occasions now, we both enjoyed the experience, I always feel so relaxed when I’m there, the atmosphere, dim lighting, spa music and my eye mask on, I always end up falling asleep and feeling like I just had the most amazing nap when the session is over. I feel more energetic, my nasal passages are clearer. I suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome, and I always get a nice boost after a salt therapy session . I had my first experience at the salt rooms yesterday and what can I say but excellent. The guy who runs it is very helpful and friendly can see he's put a lot of effort in to making it an enjoyable experience the lady ahead of me was taking her time so eat in to my 1hr slot but the guy let me have a complimentary session on the message chair witch is the best I've been on and the fire&ice session is amazing look forward to coming back
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We arrived at 11 to find the place locked and the staff member clearly unprepared. He was still cleaning with us in the room. Everything felt rushed and chaotic. He showed us two salt rooms - one was fine, the other was just a dusty basement hallway with a used massage chair and a green towel that looked recently sat on.
