Very rude and unhelpful receptionist
Am really lucky to have found such a brilliant family doctors. My children are always spoken to with respect, great care taken over their care. I have had a lot of treatment in the last 18 months from them and been treated really well with due care. It’s always going to be tricky to get appointments at times but I always manage. The surgery is relatively quiet when you go which suits our family. You can request after school appointments for the kids. Dr Sally saved my mums life. Super grateful.
We called every morning for 2–3 weeks at 9am trying to get an appointment for what turned out to be a serious infection —no luck. Eventually got one (two weeks away) only after a helpful receptionist finally answered. By then, my partner’s condition had worsened and he had to be sent to hospital immediately. Completely unacceptable delay for something that needed urgent care.
