I do not recommend the worst clinic I was in!!!I came with a sick cat, apart from taking blood, they gave him nothing medications and the cat overflows through my hands.They are not even able to answer the basic questions about the treatment of animals.Avoid this clinic with a wide arc because they will finish your animals
We used the PDSA Edinburgh for a span of 3 months when my cat was poorly. Every single member of reception staff and vet we dealt with was compassionate, friendly, and helpful. Sadly for us the outcome was having to put our almost 15 year old cat to sleep as there was just no more that could be done to help her and on the day when we got there I asked at reception if we would be waiting long as the reason we were there was for etherisation, she was very empathetic and took my cat to get pre prep'd and we were quickly moved i... read more
On hold emergency call for 37 minutes just for them to answer and ignore me and then hang up.
Just a vets that cares about animals,came across in every way with all the members of staff I had the pleasure of interacting with...a vets where it appears the animal matters more than the money and the treatment we received was so nice and very much appreciated 👏, Thank u all pdsa edinburgh 🐕👌
