After the excellent care my daughter received at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, I was worried she wouldn’t get the same level of support once she turned 18. Martin at the Edinburgh Hearing Practice, immediately put us at ease with his extensive knowledge and experience. The service was excellent — so much so that we’ve already booked again.
The staff at the Gullane Practice are always friendly and willing to help in whatever way possible. I have been using Edinburgh Hearing Practice for almost a year now since getting my new hearing aids. Every 3 months I have a review and have also had a few fine tuning sessions at my request.
I have been a visitor to the Edinburgh Hearing Practice for four years. What I like about them most is their consistency : consistently courteous, kind, informative, professional. No BS, no hard sell on hearing aids, quick and easy removal of wax…comprehensive hearing tests…I feel my hearing is in very comfortable hands as I get older….. and one small thing : parking is not difficult in nearby streets at no cost. Very satisfied customer.
