Quality service
Shocking service. Don't provide the services that are included in the rent (no internet, no one to call for repairs, no cleaner) and lied that they were never included when we asked even though their whole business is about all-inclusive flats. Once you've checked in, they'll just ignore any emails and calls. If you complain about anything, they'll just ask you to leave - this happened to 2 out of 3 of our flatmates.
