Handy location for city centre
Checking in was very difficult, I have never stayed in a hotel where with all my luggage and a 2 year old child I have to check in by phone.... there was no one at the reception and check-in was done by phone after 10 calls to get the door codes. However, we managed to get into the apartment and everything was fine until we got to the bedding ... no comment... we open the wardrobe and see duvets with blood and urine stains on them... Terrible experience from start to finish. Check in at 3pm, have to call them at 3:10pm to get the codes for the building and room. Get into the room, damage everywhere, room was tiny, bed creeked if you looked at it funny. We dropped our stuff off and went back out to explore Edinburgh. We got back around 9ish, then came the best part, the sheet wouldn't stay on the bed, so I tried to remake the bed, whilst doing it I discovered several urine stains all over the mattress protector. The worst experience we ever had staying overnight somewhere. Too expensive compared to quality. Definitely would never recommend anyone to stay here.
