I just wanted to say a huge thank you for sorting out the secondary glazing at my home in Hertford. We have timber sash windows at the property and four of them were not double-glazed, making them next to useless at keeping the cold out in winter. We had an issue that was caused by a badly fitted glass in a door by a competitive company in Finchley. They had been given the opportunity to solve it and they failed. I called Craig and his customer service was fantastic, booked a visit in the next day and then replaced the glass and did a fantastic job that my elderly mother was very pleased with.
