Whole heartedly recommend Rus at Edge Performance therapy. I had. pain in my shoulder blade, upper back and neck for a long time. Clear instructions were given for the physio exercises, really excellent massage too. Since working with Rus, i no longer have the pain in my shoulder blade. About to book another session, you should too!
Went to Rus with a scapula issue and he immediately knew what the problem was and how to sort it. Great guy and fixed me up no problem. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Rus is very friendly and approachable, as well as being knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and treatments. He listens attentively and has a very client-centered approach with tailored plans to suit your rehab/recovery goals. His soft tissue release massages feel really effective too! I've already recommended him to multiple people and am pleased with my recovery from shoulder and lower back problems.
