Consistently good service since the introduction of the online form and triage. Have filled out form and got appointment and prescription same day. A huge improvement and very grateful to those who make it work. Thank you
I was ready for a long wait when I attended the minor injuries unit on Tuesday 5th August but I didn't even have a chance to open my book before I was called. My problem was diagnosed promptly and professionally by Alan and my prescription was ready for me to collect from Boots by the time I had walked there. It would appear that this service is in danger of being stopped as it is not used enough - I seem to remember this also being the case when it was in the memorial hospital although that service was available at weekends... read more

I've only been to this hospital twice and saw the same person, Simon head, on both occasions and have got nothing but praise for the service I received. Without exaggeration this man seriously helped me and improve my life. I would recommend this hospital.
In July 2022, my 7 year of daughter who was having trouble with her tonsils, was referred to the Edenbridge Hospital to be looked after. This facility is a gem tucked away in the quiet country side of Kent. They provide great children services, and their commitment to high quality of care and compassion was evident in the way we were greeted and how they looked after my daughter. This facility truly enhance access to primary and community healthcare.
