Very disappointing customer service. I'm only after parts First time I call, noone picks up. The music jingle repeats numbingly on loop, interrupted by the same recording "alternatively leave a message and we call you back". So I do. No call back. The next time I call, I decide to persevere through the repeating loop of 10seconds of music and the same "press 1 for us to call us back". I finally get through. Give the reg number.
