Ben was absolutely fantastic. He instantly made me feel at ease & was very professional & knowledgeable. Thanks to him I am walking so much better. I can 100% recommend using Eden Sports Clinic for everything bur especially acupuncture.
This was my first visit to Eden Sports Clinic, a friendly greeting was lovely and Ben Prentice the Acupuncturist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Currently having chemotherapy and it’s causing bad peripheral neuropathy on my fingertips and feet. I’m hopeful that this will work and be a well needed respite from the pain. My fingertips on my left hand is already less painful. Very pleased.
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical initially about sports massage, but Mrs. Hattingh was brilliant. She immediately made me feel relaxed and took the time to help me understand exactly what was happening with my muscles. As a clinician myself, I was impressed by her knowledge and her ability to target the deep guarding in my back that has been causing me so much trouble. I walked out feeling a huge sense of relief and significantly more mobile. If you are hesitant or in pain, definitely see her—she really knows her stuff.
The new Mind Body Sprit healing space is amazing. The reformer studion is beautiful with top practioners and equipment. Thank you Eden Team, you are all amazing.
