Very bad experience never coming back to this hospital. They let us wait for 4hrs but did not done anything about our concern. Lack of tools and very bad service at the emergency.
I cannot sing the praises of the entire team that took care of me at Eden!! From the moment I walked into the ER, the doctors, the care team. The most compassionate team of health care workers I’ve ever experienced! Even the transporters, shout out to Carl with a “C” Dr. Adan, your kindness brings me tears each time I remember how you comforted me after telling me what my scan revealed. Every nurse on the 5th floor. Rafael, Ingrid Deb. And all the others thank you!! I’m so grateful to you all.
I visited the ER Department 3 times in October 2024. I was experiencing severe stomach cramps--they were unbearable, and I couldn't eat nor keep water down. My first two visits weren't so good. I was in a hallway for hours on my first visit, and the problem wasn't resolved. I went back a 2nd time, and the physician was much better than the first -- she did treat me for what we thought it could, the treatment was just ineffective.
