Jayne and her team have provided a fantastic service for us over the years for multiple rental properties. They are extremely professional, always very reactive and easy to deal with. Thankyou Eden May!
On the whole excellent service, although not always. However staff are usually efficient and courteous. There can be problems getting hold of staff on the phone from time to time, and occasionally emails are not replied to. But I would certainly recommend this agency, the issues described above are not generally significant.

Eden May is a wonderful team. As we were moving from Portsmouth to Taunton they were so considerate and kind enough to understand our situation and help and support us with the virtual viewing of the property.
