We had a firm offer in less than a week and a final negotiated price (close to our asking price) in less than two weeks. The price negotiated by Eden was over $45,000 more than the offering price suggested by another realtor. Eden did a great job.

I followed her excellent advise and held off listing my home until the time frame which she recommended. The delay resulted in a better contract at an increased value. A very astute agent, she kept me informed of all activity in a timely manner and saw to the several inspection items that had to be addressed. Five star all the way.

Eden Jordan was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are in our mid-twenties and even we were blown away by her marketing skills. Eden did a great job marketing and selling the property. Communication was good and she was always on the lookout for any problems. The house was vacant and we moved out of state so her oversight and communication was very important.
