Eden Jordan and Melanie Pitts took exceptional care of us. We were new to the area from out of state and they helped us find the perfect home in no time! The home meets all our the criteria and more! It is just what we were looking for. They are currently helping us find a tenant for the rental we need to get out of and they will also be assisting my Dad move to the area from out of state as well! I highly recommend this team!

Eden and her team helped me buy a town home last year in Bartram Park, Jacksonville . Eden's knowledge of the local market, responsiveness to my needs and excellent negotiation skills were unsurpassed. Eden was in constant contact with the owners and the bank, keeping me in the loop, since i was purchasing a short sell. I would highly recommend Eden and her team to anyone, who needs a home or condo.
