Eden did a remarkable job with our sale, and downsize purchase. We felt she was just as invested in our properties, as far as making the right decisions on prepping and showing the home for best market appeal, as well as making the right choice for our new home. In an Internet world she even showed us the home that we never even considered online until we got there and saw it. Hats off to Eden!!! you will not be disappointed
I first contacted Eden about listing our home through a mutual friend on Facebook around 5:30 a.m., Eden replied almost immediately. Eden and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. He knowledge and expertise is second to none. You will not find a better real estate agent in Fleming Island/ Clay County Florida.
Eden came to us as a referral from our daughter and was nothing short of amazing! She was responsible for keeping us on track with deadlines, expertly navigating the arduous, painstaking VA loan process.
Eden and Melanie were fantastic finding and negotiated our new home. Melanie is very personable and really listens to what you have to say about what you're looking for and finds it! They helped us with any and all details needed to complete our home search and purpose. They listened to what we wanted and negotiated a great deal for us I highly recommend them!
We have been working with Eden for 15 years now and whether handling a sale or a purchase she has always been attentive to every detail through the process. As we are not full time residents in Fleming Island we often have to call on Eden to run over and check on a property. Eden is quick to respond and always available by phone, text or email. Eden's overall knowledge of the business and the area have been invaluable to us and we hope to continue working with Eden for a long time to come.
