Eden knows the market and knows Clay County. Very knowledgeable as to the value of my home and listed it far above what I felt we were going to be able to get from our home. Even though this was a difficult process for us, Eden led us through it without any hassles or headaches. Would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling your home.

Eden was a good and dedicated agent. She kept me informed of any activity and always returned my calls within minutes if I had any questions or concerns. She knows the Clay county area well. When we got a contract the closing went through without any issues. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Eden is a. Pleasure to work with. She is very professional and knowledgable about real estate. She listed our house at 2 p.m. And we had a contract at 7 p.m. The same day! You can't ask for more than that! I would highly recommend Eden to anyone looking for a house in Fleming Island or Orange Park.

Eden was great to work with... Very professional, knows the market well, especially Clay County and Pace Island. I could not be more pleased with the entire process of selling my home. Our house sold in 10 days, (approx. 14 showings) two offers (a third the next day) for full price! Eden Jordan is THE realtor for Clay County. She knows every neighborhood and every area of the county through and through. Choosing and buying a home can be very stressful. It was very reassuring to have Eden on our side and know that she knew all the regulations, policies, etc. backwards and forward. She was present at every step of the process and made sure that everything was taken care of properly. I can't think of any other realtor that I could recommend more highly than Eden Jordan!

Eden was the consummate professional and is well suited to her profession. You know she loves what she does and she makes you feel like you are her only client. She was patient, answered all of our questions of which we had many and helped us find competent contractors and movers as needed. We listed our house on a Friday and she sold it in less than a week. She is the best!
