Eden was a huge help in selling this house. She was very knowledgeable of the current market and gave us plenty of comparables in the area to make sure we hit the right price point. She had a very modern approach to the selling process as well with a way to track who's coming and going from the home as well as what potential buyers thought. She also has a lot of useful contacts for repairs and inspections. I would definitely use her again.
