This is the second time in a year we have used Eden. I could not ask for a more knowledge and friendly person! I highly recommend her for buying or selling. We used her for both and are extremely happy with the results on both sides. If you need a house in Clay she should be your go to Realtor.

Eden Jordan (in the Fleming Island office) and her team were incredible. Eden had fresh, creative ideas which helped to promote our home. Our home was older and in need of some repair. Eden had the contacts who quickly made everything new again. That, along with her expert knowledge of the housing market, is why I would highly recommend Eden.

Our house was listed at a price point that would sell and Eden’s team was aggressive to list and sell ASAP. Our house was well suited for a speedy sale and was listed with an offer in 5 days. Right people at the right time and the house sold! The staff worked extremely well to get things headed in the right direction and we could not be more pleased with the speedy sale.

I've known Eden for years but never needed her services until recently. My father past away and had a home that needed to be sold. She was very helpful to my sister and me when trying to decide the best time to try and sell the home and what we needed to do to get the home ready to be sold. Eden listed the home early January and we close on it mid March. She was in constant contact with my sister and me during this process.

Eden and her team was a delight to work with. This was an out of state process and Eden handled everything as I had already moved. I knew from the first meeting before I moved that she and her team were the ones for my needs. My house sold in 3 days after multiple offers, selling for $2000 more than the asking price! Eden handled the coordination of everything from painting, cleaning & minor repairs to negotiating the best price possible. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process!

I found myself at the point where I could finally move south from the cold climate of New England. I contacted Jennifer Gregory to help guide me through the process of a long distance purchase. The real estate transaction with Eden and her team was the most painless and quickest process that I ever done. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone. The property was listed on the beginning of Nov 2019 and I closed it a month later! Awesome service!!
