Second time working with Eden. First to buy my first home and then to sell it a couple of years later. The house listed and sold within one month and the process was painless. Eden had great contacts regarding carpet and good feedback on things to spruce up before listing. She and her partner were easy to contact at any point of the day. Thank you guys again!

We were first time home buyers, purchasing site unseen as we where pcsing and weren't able to go house hunting. Jennifer was suggested to me by a friend and she treated us like friends! She was always in communication as to what was going on, explaining everything to us and what we were signing/doing. Eden went above and beyond her duties helping us with the sale of our house. We were out of town and helped coordinate contractors to get the house ready and even cleaned out the fridge! We interviewed 3 of the top realtors and she by far had the best knowledge of the market and her use of technology to keep you apprised of her daily activity is unmatched. Highly recommend Eden!

I can't say enough good things about Eden! We had orders to move to Fleming Island from Virginia and I was given Eden's name by another agent in Virginia. I contacted her and she immediately started looking for what I had asked her for. I'd call her in the evenings on weekends and a holiday and she'd answer all the time. Eden and her team were just wonderful, I live out of state and they went above and beyond to help selling both of my homes. I can’t say enough about the effort that they made to help me with the process. There is always something to deal with when selling property, Eden and her team were great about the legwork that was needed. I would call them anytime I needed Realistate help.

Eden Did a walkthrough of our home several months before we listed and told us what it needed to make it stand out from the rest. She was spot on. She listed our home on a Friday and had multiple serious offers by Monday. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. We’ve sold three houses prior to the one she listed and she was by a large margin the best realtor we’ve worked with.
