I recently had my first smear test, and I can’t thank Heather (practice nurse) enough for making it such a positive experience. She was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Heather made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, which I honestly didn’t expect going into something I was a little nervous about. Good luck finding an appointment, and when you call the first thing they say is book it online and when you go online no appointments available. Please ur reception and phone staff need a customer service training asap

My waiting for doctor to do a repeat sick been told it take up 48 hours yet last we went 1 day early than her sick run out through reception told we was a day to early well if it takes 48 hours that would right to go one day before your sick note run out because otherwise you the day your sick note run out you will get it one day later so if you not hand sick note the day it run out you will lose one days sick pay if my girlfriend lose one day sick pay eden court should be made to pay it because the reception told we could a... read more

I had an appointment with Dr Aniqah and told her that I have chest pain and cough and she said its gastro. She didnt even examine my throat. 2 days later ended up at A&E because of cough and couldnt breathe properly.
