We used Eden Conveyancing for our first purchase. We had a very good experience. Kate was super helpful. I also loved their portal for ease of use. All terms and processes explained very well which made it easier to understand and follow the progress.
Natalie Dingle, Filip Campeanu and the Eden team are absolute super stars! From the very start, the attentiveness and the approach the team take is second to none. The online system is easy to use, the process is easy to follow, and the team responsiveness is great! Like all house moves, unavoidable stresses and curveballs happen and Natalie/Filip handled them with such professionalism and always with a smile, honest approach. We can't say thank you enough for everything - and highly recommend them!
Unfortunately it turns out they don’t deal with unregistered properties and lack transparency in their documentation and terms which prevented us from knowing this until 8 weeks into the process. As soon as it was discovered it was unregistered they decided it wasn’t cost effective for them and dropped us like a hot potato. They should implement some customer communication on this at an earlier stage. Friendly and responsive but not a great experience in our case.
I thought that Eden Conveyancing would be a smooth process given the reputation that it has on reviews. If you are using inheritance/gift funds to purchase your property and these funds have come from an elderly person with no access to online banking or email then Eden Conveyancing will not accept this during the ID process unless you are willing to setup online banking for them. I have now had to find a new solicitor firm 3 weeks in to using them as they had only just notified myself of this. I would however recommend this... read more
Used Eden to buy our first home - their quote was honest and fair, and over the 3 months of the purchase they were responsive, proactive, and easy to talk to. The process was legitimately a breeze. After hearing a lot of horror stories about dodgy conveyancers I'd thoroughly recommend them.
