I'd already looked up the car I wanted online and sent a message saying I'd come in for a test drive, when I got there the car was right at the front. The guy (sorry I didn't get your name) seemed very knowledgeable but not pushy like other salesmen, answered all our questions perfectly, and even knocked a little off for us. After I sent the money he helped me set up the tax, and even offered to deliver it to my house for free.

One of the employees knowingly attempted to sell me a car for 5k that was struggling with second and third gear. When I refused, he neither offered an explanation nor apologized. It felt very disingenuous.

Excellent. Trustworthy trader As a woman buying a car can be challenging with some traders taking advantage, but Eden cars was open and honest and not pushy at all. The owner even drove the car back to Essex seeing how excited my son was to secure his first car. I highly recommend Eden cars. I am also now thinking of changing my car and definitely would look to Eden cars. Trust worthy and very respectful. I took the car to my local garage and everything was done on the vehicle as stated. Thank you
