I purchased a BSA Goldstar from Eddys as they are my nearest dealer for BSA bikes despite being 80 miles away, superb service and friendly staff. So impressed with them that when my wife wanted a new bike (a Royal Enfield Clasic 350) we would rather deal with Eddys than our local RE dealer which is only 20 miles away. Although it is further to travel to them, the friendly family service provided makes us feel valued customers rather than give our business to the local dealer in Stockton on Tees.
Very helpful staff and good selection of classic and new motorcycles
Terrible customer service. Not even a hello from the staff. We both felt invisible and that’s before you buy a bike from them. We won’t be returning anytime soon
