I rented through Eddison White a few years ago and the process was smooth (belated kudos to Emma), but as a first-time buyer I’m shocked at how much the service has declined. The agent was belittling on the initial call, dismissing our criteria and questioning whether we could afford to buy. As tenants in a rental property, Eddison White (especially Nick) have been fantastic. Everything went as smoothly as these things can when it came to getting signed and moved in, their response speed to everything we've raised as an issue so far has been excellent, and they had successful cover mechanisms in place even when Nick was off on holiday (not a given in our experience!).
