Had a full house fitted with floor coverings. Job very professional from the estimate right through to the fitting. The fitters worked hard and finished the job in a day. The shop staff were very helpful and approachable. Thank.
Really disappointed with the customer service after my carpet started to fray and come away from the door after only 8 months, was promised on two separate occasions after various excuses of staff shortages that they would visit to repair but I waited in all day twice and stating that I would be going to work at 2 o'clock was again promised someone would be with me before then.They then call me at 3 o'clock to say they are at my property so I've just given up and will get someone else more reliable to do the repair.....
