I recently went in to get my 2021 Kia ********* serviced and per usual, the staff was amazing! I wanted to give a special shout-out to ****** who was my service advisor. Not only was she very attentive to me, but to my daughter as well. She offered to put on a cartoon for her while we waited. She went above and beyond, checking in on us a few times, on my car, went over some warranty information, and just saved me a lot of thinking which I totally appreciated. I purchased a new kia *** in the year 2020, the model number of my vehicle is from 2019 . Throughout my experince with kia of Cerritos I have attempted to make phone calls to make service request on my vehicle and have been sent straight to voicemail multiple times in the 5 years . In the past year I have experienced faulty engine misfiring from vehicle that is near ****** miles. All proper precautions were made such as oil changes and tire rotations. @International Kia of Orland I bought an EV6 about three years ago. At the begining of May, I experience an "electrical issue" and had my vehicle towed to the dealership I bought it at. I was comfortable buying it b/c of the 10 year warranty. Since May 2nd 2025 - my vehicle has been basically inoperable. In mid-May (after not fixing the issue) they claimed it was fixed only to recur 2 days later. I scheduled an appt two weeks+ out and the car has been there since June 2nd. I went in to Greenway kia on May 6,2025 to get my car repaired. I was meet by a salesman ****** who talked me into buying a car. I signed the lease Agreement, but thought l wanted to cancel the lease Agreement, so l went back to the finance manager, **** to tell him, l didn't want the car, l could not afford the monthly payments. I recently had a disappointing experience at a Kia service center that I believe is worth sharing. I took my car in for service and brake repair. While ***, the service representative, was very pleasant, the follow-up process left much to be desired. After the service, *** called to inform me that my car was ready and offered a payment plan option. I dont typically write reviews, but my experience with Horne Kia was so disappointing I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, the dealership showed a troubling lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. I inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. **** in to purchase a vehicle on 2/16/25. The vehicle would not accelerate past 60 only 15 hours after purchase. The sales associate I dealt with is ***** ******. I should have known things were sketchy. The vehicle was sold to me for much more than what was originally quoted, yet he told me they gave me a great deal! Don't buy free here, especially from the salesman ****! He will promise you the world, and not deliver what he says. When buying a used car that is not a Kia, they won't do anything to fix any problems, even after saying they will.Standing behind the "As Is" credo...even saying they will do anything to make you happy. Wrong...liar, liar! Don't trust them.
