After scheduling a online service appointment from http://www.edvoyles.com. i called to confirm my appointment and lady mentioned that they can not service my 2021 *** ******* *** is misleading clients with false services that they do not uphold. Selling above MSRP by the way of forcing add-ons and packages. Don't reward greed people and just wait, buying a car at these crazy prices will come back to haunt you.

Do you like playing games? Do you like your time being wasted? Do you want to test drive vehicles that have been used with coins, candy wrappers and pens on the inside? My wife and I had the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership at this dealership! We made an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento on a Friday evening for Saturday morning! We were the first customer there Saturday morning and met with the salesman and did are test drive on the vehicle we wanted . My wife and I liked the vehicle and decided to try and make a deal. After a terrible three months of working with Ed Voyles Kia on the purchase and warranty repairs of my vehicle, I would suggest you avoid this dealership at all costs--and probably avoid getting a Kia altogether. I know I will not be shopping at any Ed Voyles dealership again, nor will I be purchasing another Kia in my lifetime. Do not bring your car to the Service department at Ed Voyles. I made an appointment and dropped my car off 16 days ago for a rear main seal leak that i had repai=ed there the year before and still am not sure when I'm getting it back. They've given me miss information, ignored my texts/calls and cost my $400 in alternative transportation which they refuse to reimburse even though they told me it would be covered by the warrenty prior to me renting it. No customer service. Very hard to work with.

On May 6th 2021 I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. After signing off on the payment terms for the vehicle, I was told that it had already been sold and that was a mistake. But no worries, we have another one just like it coming in on the next shipment, you can purchase that one, the purchasing terms will be the same. I agreed to that. We purchased a Kia Optima from Ed Voyles. Our Sales Consultant, Zack, was THE best salesperson we've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided an excellent Custer service experience. We will be back to purchase again.
