My wife and I had the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership at this dealership! We made an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento on a Friday evening for Saturday morning! We were the first customer there Saturday morning and met with the salesman and did are test drive on the vehicle we wanted . My wife and I liked the vehicle and decided to try and make a deal. After a terrible three months of working with Ed Voyles Kia on the purchase and warranty repairs of my vehicle, I would suggest you avoid this dealership at all costs--and probably avoid getting a Kia altogether. I know I will not be shopping at any Ed Voyles dealership again, nor will I be purchasing another Kia in my lifetime. Do not bring your car to the Service department at Ed Voyles. I made an appointment and dropped my car off 16 days ago for a rear main seal leak that i had repai=ed there the year before and still am not sure when I'm getting it back. They've given me miss information, ignored my texts/calls and cost my $400 in alternative transportation which they refuse to reimburse even though they told me it would be covered by the warrenty prior to me renting it. No customer service. Very hard to work with.

On May 6th 2021 I went to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. After signing off on the payment terms for the vehicle, I was told that it had already been sold and that was a mistake. But no worries, we have another one just like it coming in on the next shipment, you can purchase that one, the purchasing terms will be the same. I agreed to that. I had a great experience. All of the staff were personable and professional. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured. I fell, I received a good deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
We purchased a Kia Optima from Ed Voyles. Our Sales Consultant, Zack, was THE best salesperson we've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided an excellent Custer service experience. We will be back to purchase again.
By far, the best experience I've ever had buying a car. My salesman, Brad, was knowledgeable, low pressure and made the experience fun. The manager, Keith, took really good care of me and was generous with my trade in value! Harold, in finance, was so cool and laid back. This is a great dealership, doing things the right way! Highly recommend!!!!
We had great experience with this dealership and I credit most of that to our excellent Product Specialist, Reid *****. His follow-thru was prompt and courteous and made my wife feel very comfortable while testing driving the cars and working through the numbers based on the competitiveness locally. The was no pressure to do anything until we felt it was right. We did trade in a vehicle and this process was also very smooth and resulted in an easy final transaction of the paperwork with the finance manager.
This was our first visit at Ed Voyles Hyundai. We worked with Dewayne ****** who was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He made me and my daughter feel very at ease. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely return to this dealership.
