We have a 2020 kia telluride and the paint is pealing off the top after five years. They say this is a warranty issue and it has expired. They then want to charge me a $195.00 service fee to evaluate it. You can clearly see the paint is pealing off so whats the fee for? Needless to say they said its not their problem and I need to call KIA itself and have a nice day. Terrible customer service for a $55,000 vehicle. My vehicle has been at this dealer for over a month and they have zero clue how to fix the vehicles they sell. Say theyve included the **************** and cant figure out why my 2024 Sportage stalls while driving. The best they came up with was to replace the fuel and called me to come pick it up and when I got there the check engine light was on. Went here to fix an electrical issue. They told me the rear lights were put on backwards. They ordered the parts and installed them. When I went to pick up the car after being "fixed", I was reassured that the electrical problem was fixed. And as soon as I got home the issue had not been fixed. I called and left a message for the tech and he did return the call and left me message. I then returned his call and left him a message and I haven't heard back. I went for a service 2/31/2025 resulting in $1331.97 worth of repairs and by 3/06/2025 my vehicle was barley operable resulting in $931.15 in repairs. How could service done with care leave my vehicle inoperable so soon? On 5/31 my vehicle was diagnosed as needing a catalytic converter which was causing my check engine light to come on. Bought a car from here. Hasnt worked right since I got it. They act like youre annoying them. Dont give you a car so they can fix it. They had my car a month!! Supposed to fix the air that wasnt working. Cost $1000! Air still doesnt work!!! Its going us $400 to get it fixed right to work!! They didnt do anything at Germain *** they were supposed to!!! I will never go back there!! Terrible to deal with!!! Ah they want us your money. They dont care if they actually fix anything!!!
