By far, the best experience I've ever had buying a car. My salesman, Brad, was knowledgeable, low pressure and made the experience fun. The manager, Keith, took really good care of me and was generous with my trade in value! Harold, in finance, was so cool and laid back. This is a great dealership, doing things the right way! Highly recommend!!!!

We had great experience with this dealership and I credit most of that to our excellent Product Specialist, Reid *****. His follow-thru was prompt and courteous and made my wife feel very comfortable while testing driving the cars and working through the numbers based on the competitiveness locally. The was no pressure to do anything until we felt it was right. We did trade in a vehicle and this process was also very smooth and resulted in an easy final transaction of the paperwork with the finance manager.

This was our first visit at Ed Voyles Hyundai. We worked with Dewayne ****** who was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He made me and my daughter feel very at ease. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely return to this dealership.

We purchased a 2019 Elantra from "JC" and he was easy to work with; did not play games and we were able to negotiate a very good price for the car. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car to us. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from the dealership and it has been a very good experience from sales to service.

The customer service was wonderful. Hakim ******* went above and beyond typical salesmanship to get me the car I wanted and my desired price. He is a great asset to the company and I truly appreciate all that he and the Hyundai team did for me...Very Satisfied!!

I discussed with sales team and agreed on every thing. When I came to signed the paper very late just before clothing. They changed everything and the sales person I agreed and talked to was no where to be found. Most people don't trust car sales people but the Hyundai team at this location are the most dishonest sales people I ever met.

Drove 50 miles to look at the Arctic Blue Genesis. Loved it and decided to deal with Ed Voyles instead of my non-helpful local dealership. Reid *****, my salesman, bent over backwards for me. I wanted a specific color, interior, and package on a G80. Before the dealership even called to find one, the sales manager, Greg, came over and had a conversation about would I consider another car if he couldn't get the one I wanted. I visited two dealerships before making my purchase. Ed Voyles Hyundai was by far the better to deal with. Not only did they beat the other dealership's price considerably, they also got me a lower interest rate than I thought possible! My salesman, Dewayne ******, was professional, fun to work with (yes, fun!), and he made the process painless. Finance Manager Edward ***** was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ed Voyles Hyundai.

I found the car that I wanted at Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna. I drove all the way there from Dacula, Ga..The process of agreeing on a price went on too long. The time that I arrived at the dealership to driving off the lot with the new car was well over 4 hours. The financing person had to walk to another building to print needed forms to complete the financing process, causing more delay. Then I was told that one of the two key fobs was missing.
