I have dropped my car off with Archer Kia, and they do not provide loaners and keep your car for weeks. I call asking for the service advisor to find the status of the car, but they always appear to be away and never respond. I was told a week to have my car diagnosed, 15 days later, and no diagnosis, just sitting there. I'm in urgent need of transportation, and Archer Kia is doing nothing for the customer.
This dealership sold us a certified pre-owned vehicle that had a class action settlement already settled due to engine issues. Our sales contract was missing crucial documents, and when we asked the dealership for the documents, it took them almost a week to produce them. The experience I had at this dealership was the absolute worst I have ever had. They flat out lied to me and gave me a price over the phone to get me in the door. I told them multiple times that I had to drive 2 hours with young kids after work. He told me multiple times over 2 different phone calls that we could make the deal and that it would be easy. I bought a used car from this place 7 /3/2025. I went in for an oil change and 15K service. I was charged $1,100. I left the dealership and noticed only half of my car was vacuumed and had no reminder sticker placed in my window. Things I could look past, but disappointed at the attention to detail. I showed my husband and parents the price and they thought it was high. We purchased a 2025 Sportage X-Line in January and took it for the first maintenance on February 24. We were told the first maintenance is free and the KIA app also read that it was a pre-paid maintenance.
