The staff made it extremely easy and much different from other car lots that are pushy and make things very difficult. Not here. Sales team had great teamwork and the management was right there to help. Give them a try if you're tired of the same ole "car salesman", you'll be glad you did!
We had the best customer service experience we've had in 20 years. The salesman, Alondrae (Drae) *****, was extremely kind, jovial, and knowledgeable about the Kia Optima we were purchasing. He never made us feel pressured or was overly aggressive in his sales approach. The salesmen onsite waited until we entered the building to approach us. This was a pleasant change from being bombarded before being able to get out of our car, which is what typically happens at other car dealers. He offered water and popcorn several times... read more
