This dealership may be nice and welcoming when purchasing a vehicle but when it comes to their service center, the ratings in the negative. The team phone people always have an attitude, doesn't take ownership of any mistakes, and always quick to transfer. We were initially told that our vehicle should be fixed within a week but it took 5 weeks before we got our vehicle back. Purchased a 21 Telluride and the window trim on their nightfall packages is a known issue. The discoloration on a 50K vehicle should not be happening. The dealerships won't cover under warranty and *** supports their decisions. They say it's due to weather. No *** you made a poor choice in materials.

We would love for this to be covered under warranty for you, however the Manufacturer has declined this request. Came to get my car serviced @ 1:30. Did not get my car back till 6:30. They claim they lost my paperwork. They said they wouldn't charge me yet I am on a service contract. Next day my car stalled. Told the manager and asked him to replace my tale light. He said he would reach out to me and never did. Next my battery died. I had it towed there waited a week for a call. Went to get it fixed. If I could rate this Dealership in the negatives I would. I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership. On 5/6/2022 at approximately 12:45 PM Sales Person ****** (Who is the most disrespectful salesman, I have ever met in all my experience in sales). was speaking to my Mother via telephone. He advised her that the vehicle she wanted was still available but she needed to come today. My Hyundai Santa Fe has been in the shop since March 23rd. Hyundai refuses to give me a loner vehicle and I cannot trade my truck in because it is still in the shop. My car rental fees paid by my insurance is adding up by the day. So, I asked Hyundai to be reimbursed for my car rental fees, at least and of course they said No.I have surpassed my rental car budget and Hyundai could careless. My credit score went down because they ran my credit through multiple inquiries for a car loan, when I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED ONE BANK. They were dishonest about agreeing to my request and kept pressuring me to go with other banks when i asked for one. The financial officer was also extremely rude when i questioned him about the warranty plans he was showing and also did not want to respect my wishes as well.

After scheduling a online service appointment from http://www.edvoyles.com. i called to confirm my appointment and lady mentioned that they can not service my 2021 *** ******* *** is misleading clients with false services that they do not uphold. If the company could not assist me on the scheduled date that was ON THEIR WEBSITE they should not allow clients to select that time slot. instead they lied, now i have no services is done and they have a recall on my vehicle that's causing performance issues. if you get a *** do no... read more

Selling above MSRP by the way of forcing add-ons and packages. Don't reward greed people and just wait, buying a car at these crazy prices will come back to haunt you.

Do you like playing games? Do you like your time being wasted? Do you want to test drive vehicles that have been used with coins, candy wrappers and pens on the inside?
