My wife and I had a terrible experience at Napelton Acura. We offered to pay full price for a car and sales people STILL tried to take us for thousands upon thousands extra in phoney fees, service agreements. They constantly lied and blamed other staff when we called them out on their BS. I don't know how these guys sleep at night.

Terrible experience- we were ready to offer almost full sticker price with tax,title, license added of course and they came in over $2000 higher!! Said the Napleton package (oil changes, car washes, etc) had to be added and that there was a charge for the extended warranty/certification. It was my son’s first time car buying experience as a recent college grad and he definitely learned where NOT to shop!! What an unscrupulous practice!

Had an awesome experience buying my RDX. Wilson was my salesman. He was super friendly, willing to deal, explained everything thoroughly, and got me out the door in time for dinner. Will definitely come back when I'm in the market again.
Unfortunately totally take their customers to be fools. I can only hope that anyone that reads the negative reviews will think twice about doing business with this company. I could go on and on about my experience but it's not worth my time. I'll simply put it this way: An agreed upon price of $12,500 equated to nearly $18,000. Keep in mind tax, title and license as well as a reasonable processing fee by a dealership that has integrity would have meant that the sale price of $12,500 ended up with a total cost of about $13,70... read more
My husband and I bought a Porsche Panamera from this dealership, and Eldin Hamulic was so helpful by giving us the best advice about our car. He was so professional and very knowledgeable about cars, and we had a pleasure buying this car with him. Wade also was great at facilitating the car sale. At one point we were hesitant about buying the car but listening to both Eldin and Wade and the advice they gave made us more confident about the choice we made. I definitely recommend this dealership.
Thousands of dollars of previously undisclosed mandatory options required to close a deal...No Sale!
Completely unethical, bait and switch tactics. After driving over 2 hours fully prepared to make a deal and buy a car today, we were told that the advertised price was not inclusive of the almost 3k certification fee, despite it being advertised as a certified vehicle. Next there was a 1.5k “service contract” that included some kind of preferred treatment at their dealership that is of no value to me living 2 hours away.
