Abe was wonderful, however this dealership is a no go & they add an unnecessary amount of - unnecessary & hidden fees. They agree on a price or deal then come signing theres more hidden fees. What a waste of a day. I wish they would’ve been upfront with everything instead of wasting my time and their time. Honesty and integrity is not what this dealership values. This dealership is a disaster. Went in for a scheduled appointment for a solo test drive which was approved via email by the dealership. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to retrieve the vehicle after I arrived because it was blocked in by another vehicle and they lost the keys to the other car. Then they asked for my insurance card and when I retrieved it they denied me a test drive because I’m covered on a family insurance plan and my name is not on the card. I bought a 2020 Acura TLX from your Elmhurst location. The moment I bought the car, all customer service went out the window. I have been hung up on 5 times by your finance department. They answer the call and immediately hang up so that they don’t have to deal with it. The only reason that I’m even calling is because it’s been 20 days and the Acura that I traded in still hasn’t been paid off. worst customer service ever!! the flip flopping of if a car is available or not is incredible! that and the fact that they don't return calls as promised or even after multiple messaged were left. what a joke

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I was a serious buyer, Drove 2.5 hours (one way 5 total) to buy a car after being given all the information on the phone including a “range” for my trade in. when i arrived person I was offered $700 less for my trade in than the lowest of the range I was told, was surprised with a almost $1,000 processing fee, and they wanted to charge $3,100 for a certified warranty on a 2017 with 15,000 miles telling me I’d have to pay that for the FACTORY WARRANTY to be transferred if I wanted it.. Abe was the best salesman ever! He was kind and friendly. He was able to meet us at our budget so I could drive off the lot with a new car. Rueben in finance also helped a lot, and he answers questions I still have currently a month later. This dealership cares about their customers!
