Bait and switch at its finest here. Went in today to buy a SUV at their asking price. Salesman brings out paperwork with a extra $5000 on top of asking price. Car was advertised for $32,000 they price they would sell it at was $37,000 + tax’s and licensing. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. This dealer can’t even offer the cars at the advertised cost.
Napelton had my brand new 2019 RDX for over a month for warranty work. If I wanted a status update, I had to call and I was told 3 weeks in a row that it would be ready that Friday. When it finally was ready, it smelled terrible on the inside and I received a call 4 days later stating that they had removed items from my car and not put them back in. Stopped in on 8/24/19 to test drive and possibly buy a used 2016 BMW 550i (stock PPP9440). They had it advertised for $33,964. When I sat down to review the offer they made me, they added nearly $1900 for tires that they had put on the vehicle plus another $1500 for some stupid service contract and then offered me $6500 less than clean retail for my vehicle. I've been on the Back burner for almost a month with issues that were supposed to be remedied. Still waiting while they enjoy the money I handed over. I can't believe it. It's unreal. Super disappointed.

After several weeks of negotiating, we were quoted a fair price on a used car. Once we sat down to write a check, over 2 hours later, the price had increased $2300. Salesman never mentioned a “Napleton Experience package” $1395 or a $895 dealer fee. Their website states that tax,title license and doc fee are not included. Horrible experience! Scam artists! They lie to you about the price and try to sneak it by you when you go to finance! Even the staff admits it!
I took our Acura RDX into the service department today because I lost a ring that fell into/under the passenger seat. We could not find the ring on our own. I sounded crazy asking the service department to remove the seat to look for a ring. It’s a ring that commemorates the birth of our daughter and holds very sentimental value above the actual value.
