HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I visited this dealership last week as a serious cash buyer. I found a car online which seemed to be a great price. We drove from downtown Chicago on a Friday afternoon / evening which took almost 1.5 hours. When we go to the dealership everything seemed to be ok. The Napleton Experience is worse than a sharp stick in the eye. Had a used car picked out agreed to purchasing at the advertised only to have 4000.00 in services and fees added, and we were from out of the state so wouldn't have to pay taxes and licensing fees, they would not put the price in writing. And this was after driving from Madison Wisconsin, after leaving and being called back by the salesman we returned to the dealership prepared to pay 1000.00 over advertised price and then the car was only going to have one key.... read more
RecommendedI did not need a new car so I was very cautious when I was looking to buy the new RDX model. John (sales) went above and beyond my expectations + more! The dealership is willing to negotiate your needs and gain your business. With patience and realistic expectations, you will leave the dealership fully satisfied! Not only did I get a really nice deal on my new car, but I know that this will be a trusted dealership that I can go to for many years! I definitely recommend Napleton Acura!
Very poor customer service. They force you to purchase additional packages for the vehicle knowing that you have no way of using. They promise you things for your vehicle, but never come through on the promise. It becomes the customer's fault for the inability to honor their promises.
Luis Sanchez lied about the price of the car, then tried to tell me that my financing company wasnt going to give me the deal I worked out before coming because of my credit. Then he told us if we were buying a car from them we had to pay an extra $1500 just incase we lose our keys
Mandatory “fees”. Added $4100 to a $18,000 car. So bs U.N. needed service contract and pay for the inspection of the car? What a joke.
