They make you wait around for hours and then just before they close, they give you stacks of paperwork to sign. They pressure you to sign quickly and bury thousands of dollars in fees in the paperwork and lie about providing a warranty. I'm a disabled veteran and a single parent and I told them about my situation and they were to still content to scam me. Yesterday I took my Toyota 4Runner to the service department of Napleton’s Acura in Elmhurst. Hitko, Félix and the service team were honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about my Toyota. I found out that they don’t only works with Acura, their service department with their certified technicians, will fix any make and model. BTW, it cost me way less money to fix my 4Runner at Napleton’s Acura compared to what I used to pay at the Toyota dealership that I used to take my 4Runner. I recommend them 💯 %.
