I was getting an oil change for my dad's car. i had my phone plugged in to their charging station and i tried to remove it but i got shocked from the outlet. And they share that i stole an air freshener that they did inventory and that they are missing one. I asked them for proof that i took it but they said they don't want me back there. I even tried to pay for it and they told me no and to never come back. I never took it and i got hurt from getting shocked from thier equipment.

I've never had any issues with my Rogue in the six years I've had it...when I finally had an issue they were extremely friendly to me and fixed my car in a timely manner and provided me with a rental car. They were considerate of my night work schedule and timed their phone calls so they wouldn't wake me up. Esther and Chris were wonderful, along with countless others who were friendly or offered to explain things to me. Proud to own a Nissan!
I went in to buy a Altima 2017 yesterday had trade in told them what I could afford for monthly payments I had to leave to take care of personal business when I got back was told I was approved but needed to have $ 2000.00 Down Payment did y'all not listen when I said I don't have a down payment left Nisan a bit unhappy !!!
They say they will hold the car for you after putting 2 grand down but will sell ot regardless and argue saying they wont give your money back. Nothing but scammers
