I was in CC for an anniversary celebration when my key FOB stopped working. I thought it was batt so I replaced it but that didn't help. Tester was showing that FOB was transmitting. So I stopped in to Ed Hicks to ask for suggestions, when they heard I was from out of town, they agreed to reprogram car's computer so my FOB would start working. Even made sure my wife's FOB still worked. They didn't even charge me. Now that's customer service!
Staff is amazing very helpful as always I would recommend everyone to be their customers because we come first they go above and beyond to help...If you happen to visit ask for Jaime he's the best. �
Love the people at this Nissan location. They are kind and courteous, they made sure to keep us updated with everything, they treated us like we were part of their family there. Asked us if we wanted some water and coffee. Great people
Had a service done wasnt expected back the same day,but it was with a wash job free!
Nissan is what's up! They've been great to me and my Altima and I wouldn't go to no other car dealership! I will be trading in my Altima for a Maxima in about 3 more years!
