Went though the whole process to purchase a vehicle, only to leave frustrated! First off, the car I was interested in was sold, yet the salesperson who was in contact with me did not inform me. 2nd, another vehicle I was interested in was unavailable because the owners son is driving it. I am on my third vehicle that I have bought from Ed Hicks. One new and two preowned...one only had 11,000 miles. David Villareal at the preowned store is the absolute best salesperson. Be sure to ask for him if you want to work with a knowledgeable pro. The service department is not perfect, but they give you reliable maintenance and repairs. I believe they do their best to treat you right.
Ed Hicks Nissan is a joke. Prices are 4 and 5k higher than same vehicles in San Antonio. I was advised by several people not to waste time with Ed Hicks, but I chose to give them a chance. After 3 hours I left without buying anything. They were rude, and insulting. Treated us as if we were idiots. I will never buy anything from Ed Hicks, and will advise all friends and family to avoid doing business there.
My husband was communicating with a Nissan employee yesterday and he got a price for a 2017 Altima. Today we go in and the price is almost 6 grand more, when my husband asked why? the sales person said today is a different day! Well, no duh, needless to say We walked out! �
