Service department was completely incompetent. Made appointment for 12:30 and was told the computer update recall would take approximately 2 hours to complete. Never received a call. Called service dept at 5:00 PM and told they were having a problem and had to call tech support. Following morning I called the service dept and was told "it might be ready late this afternoon". Trucks cars suvs they treat you right oil express is the best they don’t push you stuff that you don’t need and your in and out for oils changes
